1995 Eagle Talon Motor Swap

1995 Eagle Talon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 124600 miles
I have a 95 talon and i did a motor swap to a 99 Eclipse motor. On the fuel rail for the talon motor it had a return fuel line and a FPR on the end of it. On the Eclipse motor that i bought for the swap, the fuel rail does not have an FPR or a return fuel line. My question is what kind of problems could i have if i cap off the return line and use the fuel rail from the eclipse motor?
