Hello.
12 means that the battery was disconnected.
11 can mean a few things, a) no crank reference signal to the PCM. b)the timing belt could have skipped 1 tooth or even more and c)an intermittant loss af a signal from the crank or cam sensor. I hope my memory serves me but if you had a gun to my head I would still give the same answer. I mean a 1995 needed the J2012 code to differentiate between the 3 and those were 1390 and 1391 for b and c respectively. Ok nice little car. I hope you no longer needed this info. Maybe buy a Chrysler service manual.
