I have a 95 eagle talon. Dohc. It turns over but will not start.I have replaced the ecm several times. It keeps blowing the fuse.I replaced the camshaft/crankshaft sensors, checked all the ground straps, it gets enough fuel. Im not sure what else to try. I used a voltometer on the computer and 3 showed up with power to them. I need to know which ones are the positive and negative to be able to determine the ground so that I can check to see if I need to replace the computer. If you would help please reply. Thanks, sara

Hell sir or madam, I hope you have repaired the short to ground that keeps blowing fuses. That wonderful car has a bunch, under the hood and in the pass. Compartment. That is the first step. Why not buy a service manual from Chrysler and check Group 8 for youe electrical schematic that shows this circuit, then you can repair it, plus you can study the engine diagnostics, fuel system, and have all the specs. For everything. I'll bet that this is all connected to the short circuit for many reasons. I hope it's already repaired and running ok.
