Engine Performance problem
1992 Eagle Talon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 207000 miles
When idling, the engine will surge. Have replaced TPS which everyone said they got a code for, but no better. Could it be the Idle Control Valve?

Clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens.
