1991 Eagle Talon 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 135000 miles
my cars boost preassure dropped and when idleing was at like -1,-2 psi. i turned my car off and now it wont start back up. it tries 2 start it just wont, i was wondering what could be the problem?

Pull air intake off turbo see if vanes will turn. If not turbo siezed blocking exhaust
