Electrical problem
1991 Eagle Talon 4 cyl All Wheel Drive 130000 miles

I just bought 91 talon a few days ago it started right up and ran great the whole way home....as soon as i got it home i pulled it in the garage shut it off and took the stock radio out to replace it with my cd player....someone had previously sliced the wires for their system so i had to cut the plug off and run the wires to my cd player couldnt use a harness...as soon as i finished the car wouldnt start just makes a clicking noise checked the starter its good got a new battery and terminals still wont start is there anything that could be messes up in the radio wiring?...also there is i alitle box behind my cd player that clicks pretty loud think its the efi relay?..any help would be greatly appreciated..
