1989 Eagle Premier cooling fan
Engine Cooling problem
1989 Eagle Premier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic ? miles
when iding or driving slowly the engine temperature gauge starts to climb - it hasn't overheated yet but I am afraid it will. The cooling fan doesn't seem to come on when this happens. Is the cooling fan regulated by a sensor? how do I fix this or is this even the first thing I should do to fix this. The overflow for the radiator is full.

Check the fan relay and the engine temperature gauge/sender switch
