After second time put car in my garage and checked out grounds, disconnected battery first. Everything ok, connected battery, everything dead. Have 12 volts at fuse box inside car that controls door locks, dash lights, radio, ect, but none work. Could this fuse box be bad? I started the car many times in the garage trying to get it to mess up and it never did till I disconnected battery. Earlier when it messed up my wife called and I went tried to jump also disconnected battery cables, hopeing it would reset, nothing worked, went home, came back 2 hrs. Later everything working. Thanks roger

May just be poor battery conections, clean posts and battery clamps if in doubt about the clamps replace them they are cheap and easy to do.

Unfortunately that did not answer my question. My battery & connections are good. I
have 12 volts at the fuse box under dash & nothing works, do you have any idea why?

I just need to know that the terminals are ok, they can look ok but be corroded inside the terminal and not making a good contact, you are my eyes here I can't see anything and we have to start at the basics and work forward, presuming something is ok is the first big mistake people make fixing cars.
