I have a problem with proformance.I live in CA and it get hot here, When I start the van in the morning it drags for a while and then it will smooth out.I GET THE POWER BACK. Then on a very cool day, I start it up in the morning and is OK runs nice and smooth. So I have a problem with cool and hot.I have changed the fan clutch and that made no diferance.I have the freeon charged up and that made no diference. It is a converation van.I keep thinking it maybe the computer. HELP

This sounds like a couple things could be happening. First, there is an ambient temp sensor on the van. Its job is to tell the computer the outside temp so it knows how rich or lean to make the air / fuel mixture. If it isn't working correctly, that could cause the problem. Also, have you checked to make sure the catylatic converter is plugging?
