NO SPARK FUEL PUMP NOT RUNNING

1990 Dodge Van

Electrical problem
1990 Dodge Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 126000 miles

A couple days ago I shut my van off and I heard the fuel pump still running. I turned the ignition over a couple times and even started it and tried to shut it back off it continued to run. I disconnected the negative battery cable and hooked it back up and it stopped. Yesterday I took my van to town it ran fine. I shut it off when I got home and the fuel pump wasnt running like it had before. I went to start my van today and all it does it cranks but will not start. I put fuel in the intake and nothing. Checked for spark and no spark. Checked the coil directly and still no spark the rotar and cap both good wires everything all good. But I noticed when I turn my van on the fuel pump does not turn on like it used to and also that I have no spark. Everything else seems to work in the van accept the fuel pump and Im not getting spark. Any ideas whats wrong here? I heard something about an auto shutdown relay? Would this cause both the fuel pump and spark to stop?

The ASD relay powers both the fuel and the coil
