Heater problem
2001 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 106000 miles

My heater works fine when the headlights aren't on but as soon as I turn the headlights on the heater stops blowing warm air and blows cold air. I turn off the headlights and it switches back from cold air to warm air. I am certain the cold air is coming from my air conditioning unit as this is the only way I can get my AC to work in the summer time. I was told this isn't so much a heater problem as it is a electrical problem maybe a faulty control module of some sort? Please help
