I've searched everywhere for info on changing my 1999 Dodge Stratus rear brake shoes and have found nothing. I cant figure out how to refit the emergancy brake line onto the shoes. I can get the rear shoes on but cant seem to find how to pull the spring back to reattach it. Please help!

When I did mine, I used a needle nose to hold the end of the emergency cable and used the locking nose pliers to squeeze the spring tight and lock it in place. Doing so would give you about 1/2" of free cable to attach to the primary shoe. You'll get after several tries. The first one took me about 20 minutes, and then the other side took me two tries.
