2005 Dodge Srt-4 Car smokes a certain times

2005 Dodge Srt-4 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 6300 miles
Ok, so if I hit rev limiter on my car it blows a TON of blackish smoke out the tail pipes. Also, when im driving and i Accelerate real hard it smokes, sometiem alot, out the exhaust. I pulled all the plugs and 3 of them look good. However, the number 2 cylinder plug had alot of oil deposits on it. I did a compression test, and got 190. Could it be the valve seal? Or piston rings? I figured since it had such good compression it wouldnt be the rings. I NEED some help, thanks.
