1994 Dodge Shadow Repair Question

1994 Dodge Shadow timing
3.0 Dodge Shadow ES. Changed water pump and replaced timing belt. Put #1 cyclinder at TDC and put all 3 timing marks on mark and engine won't start. Getting lots of fuel and lots of spark. Any suggestions on what to try next??

check timing mark again
