Welcome to the forum. Clean the lens. Battery and charging system ok? Check the actual voltage reading at the rear circuit. Check ground also.

jdl123 is right on about the grounds. Turn on only one turn signal, then look at the rear lights. You'll see the other side is also lighting up. When the signal / brake light ground is open, current finds an alternate path through the tail light circuit and over to the bulb on the other side or on the front.
If you look closely at the sockets, you'll see they have a plug-in ground terminal that is corroded. The dealer used to sell replacement terminals, but it might be easier to just run to the parts store for some new sockets.
