I have a 1993 Dodge Shadow with just 71k on the clock. I live in a major city so the car hardly leaves its parking spot, maybe once a month it goes 20 miles. I recently changed the air filter in it and thats when my issues started. I went to move for street cleaning and it idled very very ruff and leaked coolent. I really had to find a new spot so I drove around the block and the car felt like the emergency brake was on. I am at a total loss for any ideas on what could be wrong.

Any ideas before I go to the mechanic would be awesome.
