why wont it start?!

i have a 94 ram 1500.2WD,automatic, 112977 miles with a 5.9 lt.truck will not start. have replaced the battery and the starter(the old starter was fried). when i turn the key to start, all the lights, dash indicators, everything comes on, but the engine will not turn. not even a click, just silence.proceeded to replace starter relay and engine ignition fuse, still nothing.all the wiring is intact, no shorts anywhere, engine is not seized. can still hand turn it.please help!.

did you make sure of the wirng on the starter
are they on the write terminals
did you try jumping the starter (be safe make sure key off or not in the ignition )
check you ground
