Squeaks when turning

I know this might be hard to answer without looking at the my truck, but everytime I make a turn I get a really bad squeaking noise. Doesn't matter if its a right hand turn and left hand turn. I'm thinking it's just a belt issue. Just wanted to know before I take it in somewhere and have to spend alot of money on it. The truck is a 2000 Ram 1500 series, about 77,000 miles on it, 360 motor. Thanks for any and all help.

Well with the information about the engine, it could be few things.

If the squeak is comming from the engine check all your belts, especially the power steering belt for proper tightness.

If it is comming from the front end of the truck check the tie-rod ends, ball joints, shocks, etc for wear, or may just need lube.
