Running rough after plug change

I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500. I changed the plugs and the truck is running rough. As I changed the plugs I kept the wires in order by doing them one at a time. All the wire connections are good.
Any suggestions?

As silly as it seems, recheck the wire routing anyways. Are plugs correct and is the gap correct? Check for anything you may have disconnected (connector, vacuum hose etc) to get to a plug weather intentional or not.
