Need to know how to get best Distributor Cap Access
What is the best way to access the distributor cap on a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 liter manual transmission?
It is at the back of the engine block under the windshield/hood.

remove air cleaner housing then with short screw driver or 1/4 inch socket with a phillips bit you should be able to remove screws
