The engine in my truck runs smooth but when I am on the highway and accelerate I can feel a very noticeable engine vibration. If I take my foot off of the accelerator the engine smooths out, but the minute I push the accelerator peddal the engine picks up the vibration again.

Possible causes?

P.S. Had the engine scanned no trouble codes and passes all other computer tests.
