Dodge Ram Repair Question

Car alarm
I have a 1997 dodge ramm 1500 with about 53000 miles my problem is that i unhooked my batter to clean it off anf when i re attached it the alarm started to go off to make a long story short now the alarm keeps going but at a very low tone i just want to shut the thing off it is an after market alarm and i dont know which model it came with the truck

well if you dont care about the alarm simply remove it maybe best if your not sure about the wiring to take it to a audio shop that installs alarms they can unhook it pretty quick
