I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 sport, 4x2 5.2 lr. V8, approx. 108,000 miles. Question is, when I accelerate from little to no speed, and occationally while on open road if I let off gas then pick back up, there is a metal banging from underneath, not loud but enough to hear while driving. Shifting into 2nd from 1st and sometimes while in overdrive. Money is tight, any ideas to the problem or possible solutions??
