Dodge Ram Repair Question

97 Dodge Ram 1500 I have a question
Today I took the positive termal off my battery trying to reset the check engine light and after hooking the battery back up it want start... Hope somebody can help me it turns over just not starting.. 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 318 engine and 109 k ...Thanks Anthony

engine won't spin or no ignition after compression?..letme know and I'll follow up...
