2006 Dodge Ram 4.7L idling question

2006 Dodge Ram 4.7L

On Christmas I left the family's house to go home, and my truck wouldn't accelerate properly, Well I found the Root of that problem, a Cat was stuck in my intake tube before the air filter, Well I found the cat I had heard a loud "pop" sound then my truck was idling very high, well the "pop" sound my the airbox on the top of the motor imploding. Now that I have Fixed the large hole in my intake, my truck is still idling very high and my CE light is on.

Any ideas?

I was figuring that the computer just sensed all that air is was getting and adjusted the throtle accordingly, do I just need to reset the computer? and if so, what is the best way to do so?

Thanks,
Tad
