I don't have my owner's manual. What does it mean when a light on my instrument cluster goes on? This light is on the left side of the speedometer, just above the "low fuel" indicator. It looks like a transmission and it is lit.

Is it a transmission with a fan on the front? Sounds like the check engine light.

Thanks. It WAS a CHECK ENGINE light. It was diagnosed as a faulty sensor. You really helped, especially by sending the link showing the different types of "Check Engine" indicators. Thanks again!
