2003 Dodge Ram Warning light in right lower dashboard

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500...and a light has appeared in the lower right corner of the dashboard that is red...looks like 2 vertical lines with a lightning bolt looking symbol between the 2 lines. Can you tell me what this indicates. It came on only for a brief second...the truck seemed to lose all power...then was fine. I bought used..and have no manual and can't find any info online.
