2003 Dodge Ram Heater core replacement

i think my heater core is leaking. I am getting water in the floor of the passinger side floor board. it stays wet under my floor mat. have never had to add water but it has gone down a little. I have moist air coming out of my defroster on the windsheild inside all the time.
