2002 Dodge Ram engine will not turn over

Have relace starter ,batterie,starter relay truck will not even turn over no click nothing

Did you check the circuits at the starter relay for voltage? Just unplug the relay, use a testlite. The 30 terminal is hot all the time. The 86 terminal goes hot with the key in the crank position. The point is, with the key in the crank position, two of those terminals should be hot. Have you tried to crank it in neutral?
