in gear in really runs rough like it is going to stall?

My dodge 5.9 starts right up and will idle no problem (a little rough). I can drive it one day and everything is fine, the next when I come to a stop in gear in really runs rough like it is going to stall, I press on the gas and it pops two or three times and then takes off running fine. I have had the dodge dealer look at it and they say they could fine nothing wrong. The OBII light came on about 6 months ago and when checked they found nothing and cleared the codes. I am not reading any codes now. Is it possible that the O2 sensor is bad and the system is not picking up on it?

It sounds more like the engine is misfiring which indicates it needs a tune up.
