The engine stalls when it is put into gear at any temperature, however it will restart without a problem. Idle speed has slight fluctuation. It will "sometimes" be OK when the engine is fully warmed up. No trouble codes. Can't figure out why RPM's will race when throttle is barely touched.
If you two-foot-it, engine will hunt up and down with no power but running rich. I cleaned the throttle body, replaced IAC motor, tried replacing computer, checked power grounds and for vacuum leaks, checked transmission cooler and tork converter.
Any suggestions would be great.

If it is running rich, have you checked the ambient temp sensor? If it tells the computer that it's -040 °F. It's going to dump fuel. Also, make sure the catylatic converter isn't plugged.

Let me know.
