2000 Dodge Ram won't start

Backfires, misses, wet weather makes it worse. Low power. Excelling makes it shut off, 318 engine. Sometimes won't start when weather is wet.

OF COURSE YOU CHECKED THE DISTRIBUTER CAP IT COULD BE CRACKED?OR THE PCM MAY BE TAKING ON WATER?
