2000 Dodge Ram 4x4, 5.9L V-8, 67,000 miles.

Symptoms:
All guages stopped working
Digital odometer reads "No Bus"
Overhead display reads "CCd"
ABS, Engine, & Air Bag lights stay lit

I Steps I've already tried:
Disconnected negative battery cable
Unplugged and replugged Instrument panel
Checked ALL fuses in fuse box
Checked for obvious loose wires
