2000 Dodge Ram charging system

I put New Alternator on and has New battery and the thing still wont hold a charge in the same time this happened the Van will not start unless I use starting fluid and then it will run fine until I shut it off and will have to use starting fluid to start it again.
This is a 5.9 gas motor dodge maxi-van 15 passenger

Check the fuel pressure and injection pulses-Do you hear the fuel pump come On when you turn key to run position?

Listen to the injector/s-it should be making a clicking sound if its working.

Wouldnt they have to be working if I spray starting fluid in and then it stays running after that with no problems and then once I turn it off it needs starting fluid again

The injectors don't have to be working for the engine to start. If it dies out -you need to check the fuel pressure. And make sure the injectors are working-You can have the correct fuel pressure but if the injectors are not pulsing you won't get fuel.

If the injectors are working and pressure is correct it should constantly run.

I checked the fuel pressure and it was at 50lbs of pressure when I turn the ignition on and 52 when I keep crankin on it.

The pressure is okay-Do this without using the carb cleaner-look for spark at the wires while cranking it over -do you have it. And also check the injector/s are they clicking?

Find the ASD relay in the power distribution box and test it-

Everything has power going to it but we are thinking it is a wiring problem so off the an auto electric shop. Thanks for all the help donation soon to follow.
