1999 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 with 103,000 miles my problem is that it turns over but wont start i checked the coil and it is firing also getting fire to the spark plugs also checked the fuel rail there is pressure there .so isprayed the throttle body with starting fluid just to see if it would try to start that did nothing not even a pop is there any thing elese i should try .

If you have good spark at all the plugs, with engine cranking, you might check for injector pulse. Take a connector loose, use an led testlite between the two terminals, have a helper crank it, see if the light pulses.

Can you squeeze any trouble codes out of it? You may need to check fuel pressure.
