When my truck gets in a bind, such as going up a hill, the valves start chattering and the check engine light comes on. When I let up off the gas it stops. Sometimes when I get to 40 miles per hour it jumps and acts like it does not want to go into gear. The tramsmission has been recently replaced, so I don't think that could be the problem. some one told me that it may be the erg valve. I was wondering what you thought?
