1998 Dodge Ram truck will not start and has no lights when

1998 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive

I have replaced the starter and battery. The truck will not start without jumping the truck. When it is running the headlights nor the turn signals will work.

I think in this case, you are looking for a bad ground. Make sure the battery cables are in good shape and the ground to the engine block is clean and tight.
