1998 Dodge Ram brake proportioning valve


after doing a complete brake job all 4 wheels replaced rotors calipers pads on front ,wheel cylinders and shoes and springs on back has antilock brakes . no brake preasure at rear ,nothing at bleeder valve both rear brakes and no preasure after proportional valve rear only . any ideas

Have someone hold the button in on the combination valve while you bleed it. Close all bleeders, start at right rear. Open RR bleeder, have some one pump the pedal while you hold your finger on the bleeder, and the comb valve button is pressed, do not allow the master to drain out while doing this! You will get fluid eventually, then bleed rest of the system, RR, LR, RF, LF.
