Ok, heres the deal. Truck has run fine the 3 years I've had it. I let it sit for a month and now I have an idle issue. When I let off the gas the rpms drop and the motor stalls. If I leave the truck running at idle its fine until its nice and warm. The battery is new, amps seem fine according to the gauge. The truck was on empty and I put in a quarter tank of fresh gas. No improvement.

the sensor on the catalytic shows light dry carbon on the shield, nothing excessive.

possible gas flow issue? O2 sensor?

help please!

Do you have a check engine light On or has flashed? When was the last tune-up? Check the fuel filter, idle air control valve and the throttle position sensor.

Tuneup was done maybe 10 000 ago. New wires, plugs, cap and rotor. Air filter is fresh.

No engine light has been on at all.
The problem is that the truck idles fine when cold(-10 right now), but as soon as it heats up to operating temp it starts to stall at idle. This problem simply started out of the blue, no indications of issues prior to this.
