Yea, my truck has a problem of when you try to cruise at one speed it stumbles and coughs or backfires, but if you speed up or slow down it runs ok, but it won't stay at a steady speed. I am thinking it has an intake leak around the plenum. What do you think?

Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
