What is starting to happen is my truck won't idle at times. I would take off a battery terminal and reset the computer and it would be ok for months then it would start doing it again, it's to the point now that resetting the computer doesn't help any more. The truck starts up fine, it just woun't idle.

IT may help to see if any codes are in the pcm.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks at all?

Could check the fuel pressure to make sure is is not weak.

Is it stalling?

High idle?
Low idle?
Fluctuating?
