Hello,
The passenger side of the engine is falling down and at the same time the drivers' side of the engine is moving up. It has slipped about two inches.

Q. Can I use a floor jack to raise the right side of the engine back up to where it is supposed to be? Please help as I am concerned that the engine will fall out the next time I drive it.

Hello,
I read some of the other post' about the same problem and yes, a floor jack can be used. I have purchased two new mounts. The bolts are very difficult to reach so I had to buy a wrench and breaker socket to get to the nuts. I figure it is at least a 3 hour job and will do it today. If you enter "engine mounts" in the 2cars pro search box, there are expert answers to the question including a diagram. Other 2carpro answers to the engine mount questions did caution to be very safe and use level ground. Using level ground or having someone hold the jack is very important. Also, loosen the transmission mount.
Once I complete the task, I will give an update.
