1987 Dodge Raider

Engine Mechanical problem
1987 Dodge Raider 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 180384 miles

i have a 87 dodge raider.the oil is not clear but a medium light color.i put water in radiator and tried to turn over and the water was coming out around the exhaust.is that a blown head casket or a blown motor.it was overheated once.can you help.

Hi:
It sounds like a head gasket. Remove the head, check for evidence that the gasket was leaking. Also, check the head for cracks or warping.

I would take a look to see if your head is warped, those aluminum heads arent very friendly with heat so you more than likely warped it
