2000 Other Dodge Models transmission cooling lines to radiat

Is there anything I need to know about disconnecting and reconnecthing these Trans lines when I replace my radiator?

Use a line wrench and make sure line does not twist when turning connector. Shot WD 40 will help. You will lose some fluid but not that much.
