1996 Other Dodge Models Engine light

I have a 1996 Dodge 3/4 ton 2500 van. The engine light is on. The computer reads ect voltage low. We have replaced both sensors the one for the gage as well as the other temp sensor, we have also replaced the thermostat, and done a radiator flush. How ever the light remains on.

I was reading in the manual that sometimes an engine light will remain on for a few runnning cycles, before it goes off, after an issue is corrected. How long do you need to run a vehicle for it to be considered a cycle, and how many cycles would it normally take for it to go off.

The gage is showing a temp of about 1/3, and the engine is running well.

Please help
