1995 Other Dodge Models 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 V10 misfires bet

Engine Performance problem
1995 Dodge Ram 2500 V-10; Four Wheel Drive; Automatic; 112000 miles

This vehicle suddenly began to misfire between 1000 & 2000 rpm after a heavy snow in Utah and vehicle driven through large puddle of water and it ran out of gas. Had it taken to repair shop for diagnosis and showed a code 43 using a snap-on scanner. Replaced front 6 coil, replaced spark plugs, replaced with another computer, checked wiring from computer to the coils all good. Has good pattern on cam and crank sensor.

Took it to dodge dealer said a different code came up and that is needs new spark plugs and injectors. They said needs all new injectors... I don't agree, runs good at high rpms and at idle. what else could be the problem? Forgot to tell you I am a mechanic as well.
