1977 Other Dodge Models

I got a 1977 Dodge D100 p/u from my grandfather recently. When I received it the drivers side door handle mechanics (latch I think) was not working/taken apart, and so my question is: If i bought a drivers side "outside" door handle if it would come w/ necessary party for the inside as well? or is it just the handle? right now my drivers side door is bungee corded shut Ha!

sorry about not having pictures/more knowledgeable description of my problem, so any info. would help allot.
