Tires and Wheels problem
2007 Dodge Nitro Two Wheel Drive Manual
When I turn the steering wheel to the left going around a curve, to me it sounds like a diesel truck gearing down. I have to be going at least 20mph before I hear the noise. The faster I go the louder it is. I have checked the tire pressure and it is good. The bearings have been checked and they are not hot. HELP!

Have the wheel bearings been checked other than for heat? Have they checked brakes? Has the backing plate behind the rotor been checked?
