Dodge Neon Repair Question

Compression promblem
HI,
I have a 97 neon dohc. I put a bored out Neon motor in with a turbo kit , cam shats, valves. valve springs, valve retainers, pretty much everthing to make it all work together.
Here is the issue. I have been to 3 shops.
When everthing is put back together and timed in I get spark, fuel, and compression. It starts for a few seconds then it stalls and I loss all compression. The only thing that is stock on the motor is the actual head. Everthing else is brand new. What could it be??????????????? Going on 3 years figuring this out.
