Hi, I have a 1998 plymouth neon and im getting no output from my alternator. I pulled it and it checked out good. Is there an inline fuse or relay that I can check to figure out my problem?

Subject: hi there reguarding the question you answered for me
hi there, I posted the question about the charging system on the 98 neon. I dont understand what you mean about the green wire behind the alternator. Everything connected to my alternator is active. Im thinking that my powertrain control module is not telling my alternator to charge. Can you please help me more? Thanks for your reply.

You could be right with thePCM it controls the voltage regulator. The dark green wire when grounded will bypass the regulator and let the alternator put out everything its got.
